On Thursday the 2nd and Friday the 3rd of February, an NDIS appointed auditor will be checking many of our operational details to confirm that NWSS remains registered as a service provider.
The Leadership Team will be heavily involved in online interviews, providing documents and conducting Zoom inspections of locations we use.
The auditor will be contacting clients’, their families, and staff with questions about the quality of the service being provided.
Please be prepared for this.
If contacted, you will be asked specifically about where you are working, what is provided and how you have been prepared for your job.
