Staff Memo 01-07-2020 No.2


Daily reports are critical for two reasons:

1.    NWSS must keep accurate daily shift reports and these reports must be available to NDIS on request.

2.    They keep NWSS informed of the the good things that are happening for the people we support and alert us to anything that might need our attention

Daily reports must come in at the end of each shift.  Late reports cause us extra work and the risk of an audit by NDIS.
