DRIVERS LICENCE CHECK

This is a very important request.

Please supply a legible copy of your current drivers licence by the method that best suits you:

THESE NEED TO BE RECEIVED BY 5.00 PM, FRIDAY 10, JUNE, 2022.

Employees who don’t provide this information on time will be stood down until it is received.

I am sorry to have to make this request but NWSS is dealing with a situation whereby a support worker broke a traffic law, caused a serious accident and could not provide police with a current drivers licence.

Standards require that I sight all drivers licences immediately.

Even if you have recently submitted a copy you still have to send in the one that is relevant at the time of this memo.
