STAFF DEPLETION CHALLENGES

NWSS acknowledges the hard work and help we are receiving from our employees in these very difficult circumstances.

COVID is causing staff to stop working because they are either unwell or need to leave work at short notice because of COVID close contact requirements.

NWSS is constantly recruiting new staff but this, because of employment  criteria and orientation requirements, is a slow process.

We are working hard to to ensure that no-ones hours exceed the safe and comfortable limit of seventy-six hours per fortnight.

Thank you for your patience over the difficult times we are going through.

Please do not accept hours beyond what you can comfortably manage.
