HOURS OF WORK
A policy has been sent out on this but I want to make sure that everyone understands how to adhere to that policy.
Support Workers must negotiate with their Service Coordinator hours that continually take them over 38 hours per week.
Service Coordinators must negotiate hours and workload issues including taking up any rostered work with the Service Manager.
Leadership Team members must negotiate hours and workload issues including taking up any rostered work with the General Manager.
