Training is a critical and costly factor for NWSS.

When staff don’t turn up to training sessions they:

·  Are not meeting the required qualifications

·  Wasting training spaces that we cannot get a refund on

I hope we don’t have to start pursuing individual workers who don’t turn up for their training
