A COVID POSITIVE RESULT AND CLOSE CONTACT GUIDE

If you test positive for COVID:

  • inform your Service Coordinator immediately and isolate as per Public Health instructions
  • inform your Service Coordinator where you have worked in the forty-eight hours prior to testing positive
  • text the Roster Coordinator with the dates that your shifts need to be covered

If you are informed that you are a close contact:

  • inform your Service Coordinator immediately 
  • inform the Service Coordinator of the dates and length of times that you were in contact with a COVID positive person
  • inform the Service Coordinator where you have worked since being in contact with a COVID positive person

The Service Coordinator will inform you of what action you need to take and if you are able to continue working
